Branding (Logo, Poster, Collateral, Vinyl Covers)

DaisyFresh is a fictional band that I made for my branding class during my undergrad. This had to be one of my favorite projects I worked on because of the way I had to create lore for this band and it was fun to create the identity for them. We began the process by giving the band a wikipedia page and continued on with the branding process with a logo, lineup poster, vinyls and collateral. I was trying to think of different musical artists that would be similar to DAISYFRESH and I came up with a fusion of Kamasi Washington, Tyler, the Creator, Kendrick Lamar, and Kanye  West. You can come up with that kind of sound in your head.

Process
Instead of a direct logo, I decided I wanted to make a wordmark, so I decided to print it out and mess around with it by hand.
